REGARDING COVID-19 – UPDATED 11/24/21
Our office is currently open by appointment only. Please call the office if you wish to schedule an appointment.
Due to a mandate issued by Jefferson County Department of Public Health and Environment, ALL patients will be required to wear a mask while in our office. This mandate applies regardless of vaccination status, and will remain in effect until further notice. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
Please do not arrive early or late to your scheduled appointment. Due to social distancing requirements, we are only permitted to have a certain number of patients in the office at a time.
If you have experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 14 days, you may not be seen at our office:
-Runny nose or sore throat (not attributed to allergies)
If you have had contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days, you will not be admitted into the office.
